I'm training for the Mailbu Sprint Triathlon,on September 14th, in honour of my cousin Jeff Ma. Please help me raise money for leukemia research via Team in Training. I have never particpated in a sprint triathlon (1/2 mile swim, 18 mile bike ride, and 4 mile run), so this is a real challenge for me. Please spread the word!
